The MySQL Shell is an interactive JavaScript and Python command-line interface, supporting development and administration for the MySQL Server. The MySQL Shell enables developers to use a new Create Read Update Delete (CRUD) API. MySQL Shell is a component of the MySQL Server. This is a Developer Release, so we are looking forward to getting your feedback on the MySQL Shell as well as the new API and all the other new features.
